Shipping Policy

You, the customer, upon placing the order, accepts the risk of damage. Although every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. Any damages must be signed for as damaged on the receipt for delivery, and claimed for in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions.

All orders must be delivered to the registered user's address. Address checks may take place, so to avoid unnecessary delay please ensure the correct address is given. We are unable to deliver PO boxes.

All international shipments will always be on the basis that any customs duties/local taxes arising out of the import of the ordered goods into the recipients country will be payable by the recipient. It is not possible for us to calculate these charges in advance since they differ from country to country and product to product. Raskal Sports Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any such charges. Refusal of payment will result in non-delivery of the goods and the customer will be refunded the value of the goods only. If goods are refused by the customer, any additional charges by the shipping agent for returning such items, will also be deducted from the refunded value.

Fulfilment Policy

In-Stock orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 Business Days.

Should an item be out of stock for any reason, Raskal Sports Sdn Bhd will contact the customer to either replace the item with another color (if applicable), or refund the order amount to the original mode of payment.
